Kot Palak-1 Early Production Facility is RISE’s signature upstream EPCC reference — a greenfield scope demonstrating integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning capability through operations transition.

The Al-Haj facility handles pressure boosting at 950 PSIG for a design flowrate of 50 MMSCFD to the sales gas tie-in pipeline, with condensate stabilization and processing of 2,500 BBL/day. RISE delivered quantified construction evidence including 18,350 inch-dia of piping, 202 field instruments, and 25 tons of structural steel.

Project delivery addressed remote location logistics, community sensitivity, and stringent HSE compliance — with dedicated mobilization of management, planning, QA/QC, HSE, civil, and operations staff alongside third-party certified equipment and operators.

RISE scope

  • RISE acted as EPCC sub-contractor to DZR Energy for Al-Haj Enterprises (AEPL).
  • Multi-discipline civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation construction in a remote field location.
  • Mobilization of manpower, equipment, and third-party certified operators for greenfield EPF delivery.
  • Loop checking, hydrotesting, mechanical completion, commissioning, and O&M transition support.

Engineering deliverables

  • Detailed engineering coordination and quantified deliverable sets
  • Porta cabin camps, stores, mess halls, and site logistics
  • Cranes, excavators, concrete equipment, and certified operator deployment
  • Construction execution with stringent HSE compliance in a security-sensitive community environment
  • Pictorial site documentation and operational handover packages
